Returns and Refunds

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your purchase for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note that the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Please visually check the lashes are to your liking before removing them from the lash tray. Any lashes that have been taken out of their original packaging cannot be returned.
• Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Returned items must be returned in the original packaging
• Returned items must not have any visible signs of wear or use.

To return or exchange any item purchased from Island Beauty UK, please email us using the information on the Contact Us page explaining the reason for your return or exchange as well as the item you wold like to return. Please include your full name so that we can easily find your details on our system.

We will get back to you withing 1-2 days of receiving your email.

Additional Information:

• The refunded amount should be back in your account within 5-7 days of us refunding you. 
• Any Shipping fees the customer will need to pay.
